After a history of almost 40 years in the ultrasound sector, SETECSON was founded in 1997, as a company dedicated to the design, manufacture, sale and technical assistance of machinery for cleaning parts using ultrasound. In its innovative desire, SETECSON from 2004 also dedicates itself to the manufacture of surface treatment machinery, complete paint lines, water and environmental treatments (treatment plants).
SETECSON has a department that is exclusively dedicated to making restorations of all types of machinery on site at the client’s company or at its facilities in Spain, Portugal and Mexico. This department was created with the intention of maintaining a very close relationship with our clients and giving them an even better service in relation to quality / price, because only by truly understanding their needs and objectives can we offer them the most appropriate solution to each person’s problem.
The manufacturing and marketing processes of the machines manufactured by SETECSON are guaranteed by our main customers. We manufacture our equipment with our own technology and that of our associates, using top quality components and materials and carrying out exhaustive controls to guarantee the maximum efficiency of the machinery.

Electroplating
Electroplating is the process in which the surface of a metal or conductor immersed in an electrolyte is covered with a continuous and adherent metallic layer with the use of electric current, obtaining benefits such as increasing resistance to corrosion, increasing hardness superficial and give a better look to the piece.
Automation
We have a range of manipulators for coupling to existing equipment or for new installations, with loads from 30 kg, for the “monorail” model or much higher with the “gantry” model. Likewise, we can study the automation of its galvanic line, with time and power control of the treatment rectifiers, for each part reference.
Lines assembly
We offer a wide range of assembly solutions for the construction of customized lines according to the requirements of each client: we have a solid structure, effective working methods and the ability to offer a good project service.
Equipment readaptation
We adapt to the needs of our clients in terms of flexibility, speed and comfort: we carry out an on-site assessment of their old generator and ultrasonic emitters for subsequent repair and adaptation to their equipment, even being able to adapt them to SETECSON brand equipment
Technical service
At SETECSON we have our own Technical Service capable of solving any incident in the shortest possible time, and thus guaranteeing the reliability of our clients’ equipment, as well as the trust they have placed in us.

Filtration equipment
This equipment is intended for the filtration of aqueous liquids and solvents from cleaning equipment, either continuously or by alternating between the different cleaning tanks.
It is built in 3mm stainless steel sheet. thick and is supported by legs to rest directly on the ground. The thermal insulation is protected with shiny stainless steel sheet and consists of a large cleaning cover.
Water Treatment
SETECSON offers you global solutions in the field of industrial water treatment: it carries out a study for each project to adjust the client’s needs, and thus offer the best solution for the treatment of its waters. From the study we manufacture the equipment to suit you, supplying the necessary elements for its optimal operation and we advise you on the chemical products to use.
Ultrasonic disinfectant nebulizer model STS2000-UN
Nebulizer whose purpose is the disinfection by means of ultrasounds (which kill bacteria and pathogens in the water) and the chemical “hydrogen peroxide” (which kills viruses and bacteria in suspension). By combining the two functions they complement each other to result in adequate disinfection in spaces, materials and surfaces.
It does not use heating so it generates a dry and cold steam.
